Easley Mitsubishi is proud of all their Service and Parts Department has accomplished. Easley Mitsubishi has been awarded the Diamond Chapter of Excellence, Mitsubishi Motor's highest award attainable. This distinction is only awarded to dealerships who score exceptionally high in their overall Customer Satisfaction index compiled from the Sales, Service and Parts departments. Rather than rest on our laurels, Easley Mitsubishi has the only Service Manager, Michael Parker, in the area who has completed all available Mitsubishi Motors certification courses. Easley Mitsubishi's Service Manager, already has more than 15 certifications to his name and is still adding. In addition, our service technicians are certified to work on every Mitsubishi Motors vehicle. Their training occurs even before the vehicle is available for sale. That way, our technicians are never surprised by changes from one model year to the next. Robert Jackson, our head technician and shop foreman, already has more than 25 Mitsubishi Motors certifications to his name. Robert will be one of only 23 Master Certified Mitsubishi technicians in the South-Eastern United States. At Easley Mitsubishi we pride ourselves in going above and beyond what our customers expect.
